As part of our 30th Anniversary celebrations, and now in its 8th consecutive year, Pounds for Pounds aims to improve participants health, nutrition and fitness. Benefit from feeling fantastic about yourself by becoming slimmer, fitter and healthier, both physically and mentally.

This year, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Pounds for Pounds will be run virtually, via Zoom, meaning you can still enjoy all the benefits of the programme, but from the luxury of your own home!

Starting this April, we hope this year will be our biggest and best. Sign up here: https://www.peacehospicecare.org.uk/event/virtual-pounds-for-pounds/
