Retail Coordinator

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Coordinator to support our Retail function.

This role will provide professional administrative support to the Head of Retail and Hospice Retail Team, ensuring the efficient and effective coordination and delivery of retail activities across the Hospice.

The successful applicant will have:

  • An organised, dedicated approach
  • Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word and email)
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills to be able to deal with a broad range of people
  • A solution-focused outlook
  • A can-do approach to challenges
  • The ability to work positively with all involved with the Hospice will be essential to success in this role.

The main duties of this role are:

  • To provide customer service for all donors
  • Daily administration and coordination of the retail van including communication of workload for drivers.
  • Effectively support cross-promotion of the full range of retail activities.
