Relief Shop Manager
We are currently recruiting for a reliable, enthusiastic Relief Shop Manager to assist through provision of relief cover to manage day-to-day charity shop activities to ensure the smooth and successful running of shops during period of staff absences in line with Key Performance Indicators and strategy set by Retail Area Manager and Head of Retail
To carry out all day-to-day administrative functions in the shop when providing cover for staff absence, liaising with the Retail Area Manager and Head of Retail where necessary.
You will be involved in all aspects of the successful running and profitability of our thriving charity shop.
Previous charity retail/management experience would be an advantage.
The ability to work flexibly, including working some Saturdays, is essential as the successful applicant will be required to cover in the the Manager’s absence.
