Quality Assurance Data Analyst & Team Support

Part Time – 22.5 hours per week

At Peace Hospice Care we are proud of the excellent care we provide for patients and families with life-limiting illnesses. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team to drive the development, improvement and maintenance of our quality assurance processes.

 

In this role, you will lead on the production and ongoing running of the audit programme and policy schedule, ensuring that audits are conducted within deadlines and policies are updated in accordance with the schedule.  By identifying and recommending amendments, you will ensure that the organisation is in line with best practice.   You will also be responsible for improving methods for collecting feedback from users of all of our services.
