Practice Development Nurse

We are looking for a motivated and experienced senior nurse to lead on the development of staff skills and knowledge, ensuring that high standards of clinical care are promoted and maintained. Working across Peace Hospice Care and collaboratively with Rennie Grove Hospice Care the Practice Development Nurse will be required to contribute to the delivery of learning and development across both organisations.

As part of the learning and development team this post holder will deliver learning and development, including clinical practice development, to specialist palliative care staff making use of the latest evidence base and resources.

Your role would be to deliver educational activities and providing development support in order to maintain and promote safe, compassionate, high quality, evidence-based care for those we care for
