Outpatient Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are looking for an Outpatient Clinical Nurse Specialist who will be responsible for the management and coordination of the Outpatient Clinics at Peace Hospice Care.

You will be responsible for holding weekly assessment clinics for patients coming to the Outpatients Services, providing symptom management and interventions, as well as signposting patients and their families to the wide range of services available.

The post will have an active role in promoting Peace Hospice Care patient services with external health and social care professionals

With considerable experience in palliative care, you will need to possess strong management and community experience, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
