Head of Marketing

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing to join our team and take the reins for Peace Hospice Care’s marketing strategy.

The role will support all departments and include an oversight of all aspects of internal and external marketing, brand management and content marketing alongside playing a proactive role in the Engagement Directorate. You’ll work to support the Executive Team and maintain effective working relationships across departments including Patient Services, Retail and Income Generation to firmly position Peace Hospice Care to make a difference to those in our community who need us, as we strive to extend our reach to support more people, whenever and wherever they need us.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced marketer who’s looking to develop their career in health & social care.

You will define and manage the marketing plans for both digital and traditional marketing methods. Bringing your extensive marketing experience and excellent writing/editing skills, you will tailor campaigns in order to reach different target audiences, reviewing campaigns to ensure they’re optimised and achieving against targets. The marketing function is a small team, therefore we are also seeking someone dynamic and motivated, who can adopt a hands-on approach, rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in.
