eCommerce Manager

An opportunity has arisen to join our Retail team in the role of E-Commerce Manager, reporting to the Head of Retail. This exciting new role will help drive strategy through income generation.

The successful candidate will drive the development of our online retail operations, to support the wider hospice and income generation Strategy.

Responsibilities include optimising our current eBay operations, and developing the Hospice’s online presence into multi-channel sales, increasing the profitability of all online activity.

Reporting to the Head of Retail, the eCommerce Manager will lead, develop and motivate a small, dedicated team of staff and volunteers.

With an IT, eCommerce, Business or marketing qualification (or equivalent experience) the successful candidate will be self-motivated and commercially astute and target driven.  They will have:

  • Online Retail experience at managerial level
  • Project management and planning
  • Experience of dealing with financial/processing procedures
