Are you passionate about a career in fundraising for your local charity?

We are looking for a proactive, confident, income-driven Corporate Fundraiser to join our dedicated Fundraising Team.

In this role, you’ll identify, build and nurture mutually-beneficial relationships with corporate partners and donors whilst helping to deliver our portfolio of corporate packages and fundraising events.

The fundraising activity you will be working on provides a vital source of income to Peace Hospice Care and helps to raise awareness and offers opportunities for us to connect with others about our cause. You’ll also gain broader experience across the fundraising mix and work closely with your Community and Events fundraising colleagues.

…be personable, confident with a can-do attitude – you will be a valuable asset to the team by securing new corporate partnerships, including new Peace Business Partners, Charity of the Year partners and new corporate sponsors by networking and using a variety of resources and channels to undertake research.

…be highly organised and a strong multi-tasker – no two days are ever the same in fundraising. You’ll need to be adaptable and excellent at prioritising a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.

…be a skilled and confident communicator – whether liaising with our corporate supporters in person, at presentations, on the phone or in writing your communications skills must be impeccable.

…enjoy working as part of a close-knit team sharing a common goal – as part of the team you will be enthusiastic about meeting our financial goals and motivated to succeed in your own personal targets, maintaining focus on return on investment.
