Community Palliative Response Team Sister/Charge Nurse

We are recruiting nurses with a passion for individualised holistic care, the ability to work both autonomously and together within our developing multidisciplinary team and who have excellent communication skills. You will join us in an exciting, challenging and fast-paced community environment. As part of the team you will deliver individualised care for patients’ families and carers supporting their wishes and preferences at home.

Experience in Palliative Care is desirable; however, we welcome applications from nurses with post registration experience who are committed to providing excellent care and are keen to learn and develop new skills in Palliative Care.
You will work a range of day shifts to cover 8:00 am to 10 :00 pm service and will receive additional out of hours payments for unsociable hours.

As this role delivers services in the community it is essential that you are a car driver and have access to vehicle for use.

You will be able to continue to contribute to your existing NHS pension scheme.
