Community Palliative Response Team Lead

Peace Hospice Care has an exciting opportunity to appoint a Senior Nurse as Community Palliative Response Team Lead. The Palliative Response Service commenced in 2020 and offers a 7 day service from 08:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs.

This post will lead on and be responsible for the delivery, line management, and service development of the Community Palliative Response Team.
As a senior nurse role model, you will be working alongside staff to develop their skills, knowledge and practice ensuring our service has the right skills to deliver the service, evaluating and developing the quality of care through audits and competency framework.
