Clinical Record System Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the patient services team at Peace Hospice Care as the coordinator for the SystmOne Electronic Patient Record System for 15 hours a week.

It’s desirable for an applicant to have previous experience of SystmOne, however we would be keen to receive an application from someone who has a good level of experience of working with another electronic patient record system.

An ability to take initiative, work collaboratively with others within the organisation and a willingness to develop their own skills in this area is essential.

The postholder will be required to work within the quality assurance team and with members of staff from the patient services team as this role includes areas of system governance as well as training and supporting SystmOne users.
