A new Peace Hospice Care charity shop will soon be opening its doors in London Colney High Street offering shoppers a chance to buy good quality clothes, books and bric-a-brac.
This will be the 13th store for the Hospice and preparations are well underway for trading to begin.
Peace Hospice Care , Head of Trading, Joe Feeley said. 'We were delighted to recently sign the lease on the store and we are aiming to get ready for pre-Christmas rush. We are seeking both paid staff and volunteer staff, and donations of good quality goods are always welcome.
'This new store gives us a great opportunity to increase our retail revenue and extend our reach to a new area. Our charity shops raise a considerable amount of money for Peace Hospice Care every year and help us to continue providing care to patients and their families in London Colney and across South West Hertfordshire.
'All our stores are well supported and we are looking forward to meeting new friends in London Colney.'
If you are interested in volunteering in the shop please contact the Volunteering team on 01923 330330 or our volunteers information page
