Delighted lucky locals won top prizes in the Winter Draw.

Nurses and volunteers drew the lucky numbers in the Peace Hospice Care Winter Draw last Friday, with 3 local supporters winning big while helping a great cause.
Peter Livermore of Rickmansworth won the £1,000 top prize on just his first attempt at entering the Winter Draw. He told us 'I'm really delighted to have won the first prize. I've supported Peace Hospice Care for many years now. It is a great local charity and I am happy to donate £150 of my winnings back to the cause.' Additional cash prizes of £500 and £200 went to the lucky runners-up.
Nearly 900 people from across the local community took part in the Draw which raised nearly £18,000 for the charity. Peace Hospice Care Direct Marketing Manager, Darren Beharry said 'What a wonderful response we've had to the Winter Draw. The funds will help us continue to provide free specialist support to people from across South West Hertfordshire with life limiting illnesses. Thank you to all who took part'.
Peace Hospice Care will be launching their Summer Draw in June. Contact Darren Beharry on 01923 335372 or to take part.
