Young musicians from the Purcell School are performing a night of classical music and jazz in aid of a local charity. Almost 150 local people have already booked their tickets for this popular annual event on the 26th February with only limited places re
This is the third Popular Peace Classics event, which raises over £3,000 annually for Peace Hospice Care.
Rachel Fowler, Corporate Development Manager said 'Join us for a fantastic night of music from the internationally renowned students of the Purcell School. Enjoy wonderful classics from composers such as Bach and Debussy'.
Headmaster at the Purcell School, David Thomas, added "Peace Hospice Care is a fantastic local charity which we support every year. Our students enjoy the opportunity to showcase their talents to a local audience”.
Peace Hospice Care provides specialist support for people across South West Hertfordshire with a life limiting illness. The charity needs to raise £4 million annually in order to run and develop its services.
