Do you feel inspired by the celebrities twirling round the Strictly dance floor? If so, do we have the thing for you!
The ever popular Strictly Come Hospice is back for September 2019. Twenty couples will have the opportunity to take to the floor of the Watford Colosseum after seven weeks of training to take the magnificent Strictly Come Hospice Trophy home.
We absolutely welcome dancers of all abilities so whether you have two left feet or have been bopping away in secret for years, this is your night.
Seven weeks of training will see you learn either the Tango, Jive or Waltz in a bid to take home the coveted trophy. Each of the three groups will have a winner before the overall champion is announced.
You will be trained by the Paul Alex Dance Studios receiving expert tuition and support at no extra cost and all included in your £30 registration fee.
The Grand Finale will be held at the prestigious Watford Colosseum and will start with live entertainment from our professional colleagues who will warm up the crowd ready to cheer and clap you on.
The night is sure to reach fever pitch excitement as your friends and family cheer you on as you glide around the professional dance floor. The lights will be shining on you as you dazzle and delight your way around the dance floor whilst your loved ones look on in awe.
Once the competition is over you will all be able to get together and teach your friends your moves as we complete the evening with a disco.
Apart from your wonderful dancing there will also be a bar selling a variety of alcoholic and soft beverages as well as bar snacks available should your friends and family wish to partake.
Your supporters will be able to take part in a variety of fundraising games throughout the evening to help support Peace Hospice care as well as the tremendous raffle.
The cost to enter Strictly Come Hospice is £30, you will need to fundraise £200 and sell ten tickets for the Grand Finale on Wednesday 6th November. For this you will receive:
- seven weeks of intense, two-hour training including a dress rehearsal from the professionals.
