Newly diagnosed?

We can help

We can support you from the point of diagnosis and provide you with information and support to help you to live in the best way you can with your condition. Hospices are about enhancing your quality of life and feeling of wellbeing. We can work together with you to talk about what you need and when, and your wishes and feelings about your diagnosis.

You may choose to access many of our services, like rehabilitation groups, counsellors, physiotherapists, nutritionists and more. A hospice is not just about dying, a hospice is about living, in the best way you can, enabling you to make choices.

We want to empower you to make the best future choices for you, in the right place for you, at the right time - we call this Advance Care Planning.

You can click here to self-refer or, if you would prefer, you can drop in to our Talking Space group on a Thursday afternoon at 2pm here at the Hospice and talk to a member of staff. If you have any questions then please do contact us.  Call us on: 01923 330 330 and ask to speak to a member of the Outpatient team.
