Supporting you

We can help you,
in so many ways

Have you been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness or are you related to, or care for, someone who has? Maybe you have been bereaved? If the answer is ‘yes’ to any of those questions then we can help you, in so many ways.

All our services are free and our focus is on helping people like you achieve the best quality of life possible and to help your family and carers too.

You can self refer to our services to register as a patient and access our free services or your health and care professionals can refer you. If you self refer then we will need to speak to your health and care professionals so we can ensure we put the best support in place for you.

Free activities and support are available for families and carers too.
