Volunteer in our Shops
We need your support
Want to make a difference in your local community?
The money raised in our shops helps support our patients and families when they need us the most. Volunteers are at the heart of Peace Hospice Care and we wouldn’t be able to help the people we do without them. Volunteering for even a few hours a week makes a big difference.
We have 12 shops in South West Hertfordshire, each run by a manager and volunteers. There is plenty to do and we value any time you can give. Volunteering in one of our shops is not only a great way to raise vital funds to help the community but can also be a lot of fun.
There are so many great reasons to volunteer with us:
- Meet the locals and make new friends
- Gain valuable retail and charity experience (looks good on your CV)
- Develop new skills at your own pace
- Help a great cause
If you or someone you know is interested in volunteering with us, you can apply today – just click here to get started.
If you would like to know more, we also encourage you to visit one of our shops. Why not have a chat and a cup of tea with one of our managers or longstanding volunteers. You can find out where our shops are located, here.
Our shops also support Duke of Edinburgh students. You can find out more information on our 'Why volunteer with us?' page
