For the past 22 years, the Hertfordshire and Middlesex Financial Services Committee have held a dinner every year in support of Peace Hospice Care.

This year the annual black tie event, on the 10thMarch 2016, raised over £14,000 for the Hospice. The evening included an excellent dinner, silent auction and charity casino at Sopwell House in St. Albans.

Hertfordshire and Middlesex Financial Services Chairman, Mark Doidge, said: "I am immensely proud that the local financial services community have yet again come together to raise vital funds for Peace Hospice Care. I am equally proud of our long association with the Hospice particularly as it celebrates 25 years of providing invaluable services in the local area. On behalf of the Organising Committee, we look forward to doing whatever we can to support Peace Hospice Care in the years ahead."

Vicky Luk, Corporate Fundraising Manager at Peace Hospice Care, said: "We'd like to thank Mark and the entireHertfordshire and Middlesex Financial Services Committee for organising such a wonderful evening every year. Over the past 22 years they have raised an incredible £116,000 for Peace Hospice Care. We'd also like to thank the table sponsors and those that donated to the silent auction. Their generous support will really help the Hospice raise the money they need to continue providing their services every year."
