Join us for our second family friendly 10 mile walk past the iconic sites of central London.
New to 2018 a history trail and quiz for all to enjoy! You'll be filled with knowledge on the famous bridges and landmarks of our wonderful capital city.
Our second London Bridges Walk on Sunday 11th March will start at the Peace Pagoda in Battersea Park between 9.30am and 10.30 am (once particpants have registered they are free to begin the walk), finishing at Tower Bridge around 4.30pm. The walk will take you past some of London's most iconic landmarks - including the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye and St Paul's Cathedral - our walk covers 10 miles, crossing 12 bridges over the River Thames.
This is the perfect walk for families, couples and friends who want to get out and explore our capital city whilst supporting their local charity. There is plenty to do on the route so feel free to have a look around a museum, take a moment to watch a street performance or simply stop for a spot of lunch by the River Thames.
Registration costs £18 for adults and £10 for children (under 18), under 5's are free. All participants will be provided with a t-shirt, route map and a history trail and quiz. The Peace Hospice Care event team will be on hand at the beginning and end of the walk to answer any questions and reward you with your will deserved medal.
